Honey Barbeque Chicken, Roasted Vegetables and Tabouli Salad
Ingredients
· 1 packet of Continental Cook-in-Bag Honey BBQ Chicken
· 0.7 kg chicken drumettes
· 1 packet of Birdseye Oven Roast Italian Herb 570kg
· Woolworths tabouli
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Place chicken drumettes into Continental Cook-in-Bag with recipe base
3. Tie knot at the end of the bag
4. Rotate bag to evenly distribute and coat the chicken with the recipe base
5. Pierce top of the bag 4-5 times to vent
6. Place bag on an oven tray and cook in oven for 25 minutes
7. Remove from oven and open the bag to cook for a further 10minutes to crisp the chicken skin
8. Simultaneously, preheat another oven to 230°C to cook Birdseye Oven Roast vegetables
(carrots, potatoes and pumpkin mix)
9. Take product from carton and remove lid from foil tray
10. Sprinkle seasoning sachet evenly over vegetables
11. Place uncovered foil tray into an oven and cook for 35 minutes or until golden brown
12. Serve chicken and vegetables together with Woolworths tabouli
